DONALD MOSER As a principal in D3 Legal Search LLC, Donald Moser possesses over fifteen years of practical employment experience as well as recruiting expertise in the legal industry. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with his bachelor’s degree in History, Don joined the prominent Downey Brand LLP law firm as a litigation paralegal for five years while attending the evening law school program offered by Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. After successfully completing his legal studies and being conferred his Juris Doctorate degree, Don embarked on a distinguished career as a legal recruiter in his hometown of Los Angeles. Don has provided temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire staffing assistance to various law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the greater Southern California area since 2000. Don is married and resides in South Pasadena with his beautiful wife, Karin and their precocious young son, Markus.  DOMENIC FERRANTE Domenic Ferrante, a principal in D3 Legal Search LLC, has over twenty years of experience in the legal field working both in law firms and as a legal staffing consultant. Domenic received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and subsequently spent the next eleven years in well-respected Los Angeles law firms working in human resources. In 2000, Domenic began his career as a legal recruiter providing both temp-to-hire and direct hire staffing assistance to law firms throughout the greater Southern California area. As a result of his unwavering commitment to providing the best possible service to candidates and clients alike, Domenic has established strong and long-lasting relationships with law firms, corporate clientele and candidates.
DAVID PACHECO, ESQ. A principal and the Administrative Manager for D3 Legal Search LLC, Dave Pacheco has over fifteen years of progressively responsible law firm and legal recruiting experience in Los Angeles. After graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern University in 1999, Dave obtained his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and practiced employment defense and construction litigation at a boutique litigation firm in Westwood. During his practice as a young associate, Dave immediately realized his passion for assisting with firm recruiting efforts and taking an active part in the selection process for both staff and attorneys. Dave thus embarked on a legal recruiting career with both national and local recruiting firms placing legal professionals at all levels. Dave is recognized as a trusted recruiter in Los Angeles as he strives to listen to his clients' needs and to provide top talent based on both a skills and personality fit. Dave lives in Culver City with his fantastic dog and pal, Chloe.
CHENIER DATILUS Chenier Datilus received his B.A. in Public/Business Administration from Kean University. Thereafter, Chenier obtained his ABA-approved Paralegal certificate and managed projects for large AM 100 law firms in New Jersey and New York City from 1999 until his relocation to Los Angeles in 2004. After several years of developing accounts for a leading advertising conglomerate, Chenier transitioned into the legal recruiting industry by joining a global recruiting firm in Downtown Los Angeles, where he received training from top producers in the industry. Chenier eventually took his skills to an LA-based boutique legal staffing agency in early 2008, where Chenier provided temporary staffing assistance to respected corporate legal departments and prominent law firms in the greater Southern California area for over four years before joining D3 Legal Search. Chenier is a uniquely skilled and tenacious legal recruiter who is widely respected in the legal community. Chenier resides in Encino with his beautiful wife, Nancy. |
